BOATHOUSE & OCEANSIDE VILLAS

Puerto Galera Villas comprise two luxurious ocean side villas on the edge of secluded Dalaruan Bay, which is a smaller bay within the main Puerto Galera Bay. The Villas are operated entirely on a self-catering basis and can be rented individually or together. The “Oceanside Villa” has six bedrooms while the “Boathouse” has three bedrooms – all have en suite facilities. Each villa is rented in its entirety – not on a room-by-room basis, and they are particularly popular with families and larger family groups. The open terraces are extensive with dramatic views of Dalaruan and Puerto Galera Bays. Costs are surprisingly reasonable, and discounts are available for extended stays. Most bedrooms have stunning wake-up views.

 

Special water sports facilities are provided – many at no additional charge. These include a Hobie 16, a Mirror Dinghy and a 2-seat kayak. An 8-meter motor banca and a fast 40HP aluminum dinghy get guests into town, Sabang and around the PG area at modest charges. It is an easy walk to the Lalaguna and Sabang beaches. Two 36’ sailing yachts (a Bruce Farr 1104 “Rags” and a Sydney BH36 “Sandoway”) are available for charter for sailing around the Bay or in the beautiful Verde Island Passage. Skilled boatmen are provided.

 

The villas include a resident caretaker family. Jocelyn an accomplished cook and housekeeper while Morie and Athan are skilled artisans and yachtsman,. They take care of housework, shopping and cooking as required, and will gladly accompany guests on shopping expeditions to town. A trip to the wet market with Jocelyn is not to be missed! There is segregated accommodation for the staff at ground level in the Boathouse.
