Reservation Policies

RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, REFUND POLICIES

Reservation Fee:

  • To confirm a reservation, we require 30% deposit which is non-refundable. 
  • Deposit can be paid via Bank Deposit or Credit Card Payment through PayPal secure payment portal.
  • The remaining balance will be settled upon Check-In at the resort.

Re-scheduling and Forfeiture of Deposit:

  • Changes of a confirmed reservation requested 14 days before the reserved date will result in forfeiture of half of the deposit made. Changes of a confirmed reservation requested less than 7 days before the reserved date will result in forfeiture of the deposit made.
  • Re-scheduled dates should be within 3 months from the date of reservation. Unused deposits are non-refundable.

Check In and Check Out:

  • Check in time for overnight stay is 1:00 p.m., check out time is 11:00 am the following day. There will be no adjustment in check out time if the guest checks in later than 12 noon.
  • Check in time for Day Tour is 8:00 am, check out time is 5:00 pm. There will be no adjustment in check out time if the guest comes in later than 8:00 a.m.

Items to be brought in by guests:

  • Bringing in of appliances (sound system, extra stove, rice cooker, water dispenser, large appliances that will be plugged into an electrical socket) should be reported before the reserved date.
  • Videoke machine is only allowed if a guest books the whole resort exclusively and use is only until 10 p.m. in the evening.
  • The resort should be informed if the guest will bring his/her own tables and chairs or appliances.
  • There is no access to the beach for Jetskis and other watercraft through the resort. We advise guests not to bring their personal jetskis or watercraft to the resort.

Other Important Reminders:

  • Please take care of your valuables while staying at the resort.
  • In compliance with the Clean Air Act, Bonfires are not allowed at the beach front or within the resort premises.
  • Guests are advised to respect the privacy, comfort and peace of the other guests. Please refrain from playing loud music at the resort.
  • The resort practices zero waste management and waste segregation at the resort, kindly separate biodegradable (i.e. food scraps, fruit and vegetable peels) and non-biodegradable wastes when disposing of garbage).
  • Recyclables such as paper (except carbon paper, wax paper, aluminum foil and shiny gift wrappers), plastic (except polystyrene, Styrofoam and doy pack), metal containers and cans, glass, aluminum cans, and tetra pack cartons should be put in separate containers. The resort sends these recyclables to a nearby materials recycling facility.
  • Residuals such as sanitary napkins, diapers, polystyrene, Styrofoam and doy packs are non-recyclable and should be separated from recyclables and bio-degradable material. Only residual wastes are collected by the garbage trucks.
  • During shore/land transfers, excursions or any activities, Puerto Galera Online Service nor the owners, officers and/or employees shall not be held liable in any event whatsoever for injury or loss of life of its guest arising from or in connection with any activities. 

Exclusive Venue

  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website shall be amicably settled between the parties concerned, otherwise the same shall be exclusively referred to the proper court of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.

Please read these house rules carefully. By booking an accommodation at the resort the guest is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the house rules and guidelines stated herein.
