Travel Requirements:

1. Approved SPASS = QR Code
2. Approved Puerto Galera Tourist Registration = QR Code

To get the SPASS and Tourist Registration approved, you need to upload the following:

1. For Fully Vaccinated Traveler – Vaccination Card
2. For the Un-Vaccinated – Negative Result of Rapid Antigen Test (Valid within 24 hours)
3. Confirmed Booking from Hotel or Travel Agency
4. Valid ID or Passport
